What I build for a business.

01

Systems that answer your customers

Enquiries arrive all day: prices, times, bookings, complaints. An agent reads them, answers from your own data, books what needs booking, and writes every conversation to your sheets. You stop living on your phone, and nobody leaves because the reply was slow.

02

Daily admin that runs itself

Reports assembled by hand at month end. Data copied between sheets. Follow-ups somebody has to remember. Each of these becomes a system that runs on schedule and only speaks up when something breaks.

03

Internal platforms

Subscriptions, attendance, staff tasks, and the numbers you actually need to see, in one place your team can run without calling a developer. I built one for a club with fifteen staff and six thousand members.

04

Marketing that keeps working

Renewal reminders, campaign sends, and lead capture that reach people on time rather than when someone remembers. At the club, automated reminders raised renewal revenue between 10 and 15 percent.

05

And the visual layer

Product and location photography, retouching, and the design that carries it. I keep this because a system that works and looks careless still reads as careless.
