I started as a contractor in Tunisia in 2013 — interior finishing, five workers, fifteen projects a year. Not a designer, not a developer.
Then Riyadh: supervising construction sites, then running a children's sports club with fifteen staff and six thousand members.
Every time the club needed something — subscriptions kept on paper, attendance called out by name, reports assembled at month end, parents waiting on a WhatsApp reply — the choice was to pay someone to build it, or to learn it.
I learned it, every time. Not because learning is a hobby, but because whoever runs the operation knows where the problem actually is — and that knowledge does not come bundled with the service.
So there is no field I love more than the others. They are all tools aimed at one question: how does this business run better?
In some of them I am still a beginner. That is stated plainly in the lab, and dated — because hiding it is worse than showing it.

My Child's Future Sports Club · Riyadh- Led a team of 15 trainers and staff at a club serving over 6,000 members across 3 years.
- Designed and ran a full club management system — subscriptions, QR attendance, staff tasks, periodic reports — replacing manual record-keeping.
- Automated daily operations: instant trainer alerts on new sign-ups, and a daily WhatsApp report to the owner covering members, revenue and payment methods.
